Hot Pink Haberdashery Ltd

This company looks good but despite constant emails I have been unable to get a refund for an order they could not supply as it was out of stock. I have waited patiently for nearly 2 months but despite asking for a refund I haven’t received one. Good luck with ordering from them also there is no phone contact 🤔

This company doesn’t have the stock it claims to have ordered 12 of the same item and paid for them yet 7 days later still no delivery, they not even sent my order out and didn’t respond to message, they lied about they had sent them to the be delivered yet no tracking number given they just called my order and, very disappointing customer service they have let me down without any explanation or apologies. Still no response or refund of payment 09/03/25, am now taking legal action against them. It seems they do this all the time by the reviews especially in the last 5 weeks very poor customer service and maybe a fraudulent activity’s going on here will be investigated by my company and Bank.

Shocking, wanted item quickly and it stated would be shipped before 4pm or next day. 3 days later still not been shipped and no response from company. Wont ever use again. avoid this dodgy company.
