Life Saver Above and Beyond Service! We shipped some pallets to trade Show with another LTL company and they kept on pushing delivery to next day next day finally the last day to deliver got to use and they said maybe we can deliver. Long Story Short I called Hot Shot Expediting with a 4 hour window 4 Hrs. I told Marcell that I needed 3 pallets picked up ASAP before LTL yard closed.... held overnight and delivered next morning. He said I can't promise you anything but Ill Call you back 20 minutes later I was paying for his Services. We hired Hot Shot Expediting to get some equipment brought to our warehouse. I didn't have a lot of information about the equipment they were picking up and they made it work anyway. Marcel was incredibly kind and unbelievably easy to work with and we were very satisfied with the price we were quoted as well. If you need a hot shot driver, THIS is the guy you want to be working with!
