I went in on a slow day, to try on a couple items and requested to be in a different changing room, since there were people near the change room area waiting, just to have some privacy. The employee continued to harass me and my friend and checked up on us 4 times in the span of literally 5 minutes, insinuating we would steal, she also sent another employee to check on us who just stood there and stared at my friend for a whole minute, we both felt so uncomfortable and honestly just got out of there as soon as we could. Never coming back.

They'll do everything in their power to deny your return of any clothing! BEWARE + AVOID!! Save your money and shop ANYWHERE else!! Had receipt and everything but the tag "wasn't on" it literally popped itself off being carried around in the bag they still denied me LOL cheap company not worth the overpriced urban planet quality clothing.

Was helped by the sweetest employee who made sure the clothes i was picking up were brought to a change room quickly. She was super helpful while i was trying things on as well. Seemed like she really cared! :)

I used to enjoy shopping here, but now even the tank tops are getting way too expensive for even less material. I might have been inclined to shop around, but not once was I acknowledged by an employee. There were even multiple employees chatting at the cash desk when I walked into the store. It's sad to see a company that had such high standards for customer service standards lower their bar to the ground.
