Stayed here for 5 nights recently, all staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular restaurant staff were very attentive to my family's needs. The beds were comfortable, for a 5 star rating would need to have thicker pillows, clean privacy curtains and fresh carpets in the room and landing. Ideal location from the tube to the city and airport. Would stay again here.
This is our second stay at the hotel which is ideally situated for both Heathrow airport and central london with excellent bus and tube connections. The hotel is clean and tidy and beds comfy. The staff are fabulous and go above and beyond to help with whatever questions you have. We ate at the adjoining restaurant Oofys again and Zico was brilliant, fast and friendly service and he makes the most amazing cocktails! Also thanks to Sandeep on reception for finding the ideal room for us. Looking forward to next stay!
Things were going well till I felt at unease , unsafe and was disrespected by staff. Props to wherever it was who checked me in on the first night but things went downhill fast They will let people come from outside to your room when you’re not expecting anyone or told anyone your room number . They will also go in your room when you’re out and when you didn’t ask for your room to be cleaned. Even when you specifically make it clear you don’t want house keeping. I Couldn’t sleep because I could hear a baby crying all night from another room & doors constantly slamming all midnight. Be safe Be smart whilst here I was refunded a weeks stay by my choice due to not feeling safe & staffs negligence. My mental health was badly triggered by the staff at this hotel and whilst I was having a breakdown I was told “ if you don’t stop talking , I won’t talk and I’ll leave “. No humanity and no sense of safety. Yuck
