Stayed here for a week. The rooms are spacious and the stay was comfortable. Breakfast could be improved by adding a bit more variety. The staff seemed slightly confused while sharing information — at times, they even forgot to update us about the ongoing offers or available options. I had raised a small issue during the stay, but there was no proper follow-up or response on the same. There are no restaurants nearby, which can be a bit inconvenient.. Overall, a good place to stay with scope for better service and communication.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel breakfast. The spread was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented — from the variety of bakery items to the hot dishes and fresh fruits, everything was thoughtfully prepared. What truly made my morning special, though, was the exceptional service from Ekta. She greeted me with a genuine smile, made sure I was comfortable, and went out of her way to accommodate my preferences. Her warmth and attentiveness turned an already great breakfast into a truly memorable experience. Very nice experience. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are nice and welcoming. Special mention to housekeeping who did their best to ensure that our room was clean and cozy especially Miss Sanika, who was very polite, addressed all our request promptly and with whom we could communicate clearly. The only drawback was that both breakfast and dinner lacked variety with the menu being quite repetitive.
