Almost all good. Some improvements definately required. Food in breakfast buffet need some improvement. Vanilla shake was bland, nuggets were hard to chew and were cold. Apart from this all good. Should have valet to park the vehicle and to pick the luggage. Security guard picked at checkin but at checkout noone came. Overall experience was good so full marks.

I was here for four days to attend a workshop. Sharing my experience from start to end. Service- I really like the service and staff behavior there. They are good. Specially all the servers at restaurant area. Rooms- Rooms are quite good but I feel not matching the feel as they charge good amount for rooms. I like the size of twin bed. Mostly twin beds are small but here size if good. Location- Location is little away from the market or anything. If you have specific at that Location then it can be good option. Otherwise for tourist or other people Location is not good. Nothing to explore. Also when you go outside at night for walk or anything you will clubs, bars and people with drinks, smoking. Police is everywhere. It feels not safe for girls or even male solo. It's like typical Haryana things. Food - I only enjoyed breakfast there. They really need to improve lunch and dinner menu and taste. I am writing about the buffet. Like I observed they only change the name of chicken but taste is almost same. If you are there for more than two days you'll get bore with taste. At this price I expect better taste. Specially non veg items are.

Stay here quite often, when in Gurgaon May be it's official or personal trip. Found the place, staff and food at quite a comfort. If I talk about the recent Oct trip, which was for some medical issues, Mr. Shubham was quite supportive and caring regarding our demands. Keep your same spirits high 🙂

I recently had a family vacation at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the overall service, especially the food quality. When I raised my concern, I was shocked by the behavior of the chef, Mr. Ashish. He was not only unprofessional and unethical, but also extremely disrespectful in his conduct. His attitude was unacceptable, and his behavior towards me made my family and I very uncomfortable. I expect serious action to be taken against Mr. Ashish. I also request that this complaint be escalated to senior management for further review. A hotel of this standard should ensure that staff are trained to handle customer concerns with basic courtesy and professionalism.
