Zum Glück war die Mitarbeiterin Frau Karin Flor an der Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit und gab uns trotz der Unstimmigkeit ein Zimmer mit Badewanne, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Trotz des anfänglichen Missverständnisses war der Aufenthalt insgesamt angenehm und das Personal freundlich. Wir hoffen, dass solche Buchungsprobleme in Zukunft vermieden werden, aber die Kulanz des Hotels hat den Eindruck dennoch positiv beeinflusst.
