This is one of the worst hotel services we have ever experienced. The staff is extremely unsupportive and rude. If we raise our concerns/ask for help, they raise their voices on us (literally), and answer back to us like they do not care at all. The hotel is extremely untidy, pillows and bedsheets are yellow and dirty. The dust has settled everywhere, showing that they haven't cleaned a single room for months. We got two rooms, and both have the same issue. Also, we did not have to pay for this hotel as we get a partnership benefit from Bank of Baroda for this hotel. They have restricted mineral water and changing bedsheets for us. They can't change bedsheet a single time. They completely refuse. An extremely woeful experience. Never come to this place.

Palace by name only... first impressions were good. The room was a good size and everything functioned well but everything needed a good clean. The bed was comfortable but the linen was tired. Be careful in the shower ~ the floor is very slippery. On the plus side it was a budget friendly hotel in an interesting area.

A lovely beautuful hotel. Staff is courteous and take care of guests well. A must visit place when you at bareilly. Good work keep up the good work, my best wishes to the entire team and staff. Exellent keep up the good work. Food is good and rooms are nicely cleaned . This sound like a wondeful place to visit. Its always refresting to econunter friendly and helful staff. Postive interactors like that can truly enhance a stay. Politeness and good service can make all the difference. I had checked-in India's first self room service hotel ,where drinking water has to brought up by yourself. Hotel is not trustworthy as if you forgotten any thing at/in room you just lost that item, it will never given to you. Room phone was not good.
