Hotel O Samrat

Won't suggest anyone to stay here. I had check in confirmed, however reception asked to cancel MMT booking, he gave us room around 1:30 pm of 1000 rs with no AC working smoke all around in the room, I was with my wife extremely bad experience. When I asked to change the room as AC of the room & lights of the washroom were not working, he said will shift in 10 minutes, again waiting for another 4 hours he gave room which was better than earlier AC was working. The next day asked to leave the hotel by checkout @11 am however checkout was written 12 pm clearly on the visiting card, I even requested "Bhaya review Meeting hai meri important 30 minutes baad Khali karenge" hotel staff said will have to pay half day extra for that 30 minutes, I mean that was crazy. Such an extremely bad experience.

I never going hotel samrat 18 % gst all payments card and upi inka khud ka rules hai card se payments kerte ho to pehle to card nhi lete aur upi aur agar lenge to aapko 18% gst dena padega yeh hotel samrat ke reception pe jo maneger baitha hai uska khud ka rules hai wo bol raha tha yeh mera rules hai aapko book kerna hai karo nhi to aap niklo agar aapke pass cash ni hai to aap galti se bhi mat jaana hotel samrat me ,room dirty worker bad language use ,customer se baat kerne ki tamij nhi hai ,re be kerke baat kerte hai 15 mint me bola breakfast aayega 1 hour se jyada lag gya

Mera hotel samrat ka feedback bahut hi gaanda hai main kabhi bhi aaj ke baad iss hotel pe nhi jaunga aur na hi kisi ki suggetion dunga ki yaha pr jao ,koi cleaning nhi ,koi service nhi staff ko baat kerne ki tamij nhi ,card aur upi payments kerte hai to mere se 18% gst le raha hai aur hum yeh bol rahe hai kaun sa gst to hame hi rules bata raha hai gourment rules hai ,breakfast 15 mint ka bola time 1 hour laga diya ,aaisha lag raha tha hum horror room me aa gye hai ,plss koi bhi issue room me na jaaye sabhi se request hai,koi bhi na jaaye iss hotel samrat me location bas stand near
