Worst resort. There are a lot of rooms; the rooms are spacious, but the condition of the furniture is too poor. Washrooms seem unhygienic. We booked the room earlier, but they couldn’t even provide us the room on time. We had to wait for 30 minutes. When we got into the room, we saw that the bedsheets were not even changed. They were dirty. We called the room service again and again, but no one was coming to change the bedsheets. After calling them 5/6 times, they finally responded. The environment of the hotel is like a slum. The elevators are slow; one has to wait for 15/20 minutes to get into the elevator. Too much ridiculous experience.

Small cottage is far better than this hotel. This hotel management have lot of issue. They charged highly price, but they have no service. They not clean room. Not change bed sheet. Some Times i feel that i was in hospital. So dirty. Even though they not offer a bottle of water as complementary. As well as brush & others thing not provide.

I was hesitant after booking it as the reviews I saw before going there wasn’t great. Its not your everyday hotel and Im sure the quality of all the rooms aren’t the same But the room we booked was a 3 bedroom family suite and it was a pretty good experience. The room was clean. Furnitures were a bit old but it could be overlooked. The view from the balcony was astonishing. To sum it up, we got more than we paid for. Just make sure you book it from proper hotel management rather than from brokers. Some key points I'd add are 1. We got free wifi with decent speed 2. complimentary water, soap, tootbpaste and toothbrushes 3. Rooms and bathrooms were clean 4. You would have to wait for the lift for a long time. 5. Spacious rooms with amazing view from the balcony 6. The housekeeper we were provided with was well mannered

Room rent could be very reasonable if you can negotiate and rooms are spacious. However, you are bound to be disappointed from every other aspect; Room conditions are very poor, no room service, surroundings inside the hotel are not pleasing. Point to be noted that your experience may vary as there are so many different flat owners.
