Highly Not Recommended for Family Stay I stayed here in May and had a very disappointing experience. When I checked in, the hotel initially gave us a room that looked like an old bungalow, and the AC was not working. Only after arguing with the staff did they provide another room, but even there, the AC was not cooling properly. We had to adjust, especially since I was traveling with kids. Most of the rooms appear old and poorly maintained. The bathroom drainage was not working properly, and the room was not cleaned well. Cleanliness and basic maintenance need immediate improvement. Out of all the places we've stayed during our trip, this was by far the worst. I would never recommend this hotel to others. The only positive: The location is convenient for access to the railway station and airport.

It was good experience in this location near karol bagh shopping. Service is good by Ganesh sir . Employee are so friendly with us from star to end.
