Customer experiences
Rooms are pathetic and staff is even worse. Very rude staff, not at all understanding. There's hotel Anila boutique right next to it. I'd suggest go for some other hotel. There are far far better properties quite, I mean very nearby. I'd suggest spend 200-500rs extra and find someplace better. And yes if you are with your family, skip it. Taking my time to write this review so that people reading it don't get to ruin their experience. Hope someone actually reads it and consider not making a booking here.
Terrible Experience – Rude Staff, Dirty Rooms, and Zero Hospitality I had a horrible stay at this hotel. First of all, the room was not cleaned until 4 PM, which is unacceptable. When you ask for anything – be it water, towels, or housekeeping – be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes, if not more. The staff, especially the guy at the front desk, is rude, arrogant, and clearly not interested in guest service. Their restaurant/kitchen serves some of the worst food I’ve ever had, and even after repeating specific instructions three times, they still got it wrong. No accountability, no apology – just blank stares. To make matters worse, they have another affiliated property called The Picasso Residency- which appears to be a low-budget lodge frequented by questionable guests. I could hear shouting, abusing, and disturbing noises from nearby rooms. It honestly didn’t feel safe or comfortable at all. The only redeeming quality is the location, but they are clearly taking advantage of that and doing nothing else right. There’s absolutely no hospitality, no warmth, and no basic courtesy. This was easily one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. Would never recommend.
Rooms were good food is bit pricy but tasty service is slow you have to call reception multiple times but overall experience is good they have big parking space which is good atmosphere around is quiet
I went there last week with my family after looking at the reviews yet the stay was not worth it. Its an old building with dingy apartment sized floor and rooms, the rooms have not been maintained properly , you can see cracks, dirt. The washroom was not cleaned properly. We just had 1 night stay but I would not come back to this hotel again.
