ShuAlways been my nr. 1 thermen in Belgium. Unfortunately the last experience was below expectation. We wanted to order a 2nd glass in the sofa corner in the restaurant veranda, after trying to draw attention for some time, I got up and asked if we could order something, the waitress said she would come. After 15 minutes, I asked someone else, and after another 15 minutes trying to draw attention to the waitresses, we left. None of the waitresses pay attention to the customers if they want to order something. This was never the case before, it's simply a lack of care. It didn't spoil our day, we just continued the spas and the pools, but it's clear that it will take a while to go back again, as total relaxed customer experience is not guaranteed anymore.

The staff was really friendly and spoke multiple languages, the area was clean, the decorations/themes were beautiful, there was a good selection of saunas, steam rooms, relaxation rooms - indoors and outdoors etc. The lunch and bar were fantastic, I had the greek salad and would definitely recommend, it was delicious. Very recommended.
