My first experience with Day was absolutely incredible. I had not had reiki done in 5 years so I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect but her knowledge and compassion made me so comfortable. I had a rough year emotionally and let me just tell you her combination of yin yoga mixed with reiki was a complete game changer! I left feeling SO light and invigorated and so comforted in my vulnerability. It felt really nice to move my body as she moved my energy. I’m still feeling the relief days after. Day is the real deal and an absolutely incredible soul source and I’ll definitely be back for a follow up session. ❤️

Best Trauma Release Therapy Ever! Day Davies guided me so gently through our session and most importantly she was extremely patient, educational and so compassionate. I’m so grateful for my experience with Present Day Yoga, I left feeling upright and free. Ive been experiencing a lighter heart since. I encourage you to try this form of therapy for your self care regimen, the membership is worth it.
