I went in twice recently to buy my wife a giftcard for Christmas. We recently moved to the area. First time I was told/“now is not the time to buy, I have a class shortly” and the second time I was asked for my name and number and told “the manager would contact me to purchase a giftcard”. While this studio seems to take care of the mind, body and spirit in class....it makes me wonder if they care about humanity outside of the studio. Maybe the manager will contact me after the holidays, who knows.

I’ve been going to Powerflow for years. I’ve been to Clifton and Bloomfield and taken numerous classes with different instructors. I took my first class in Livingston recently with teacher Heather. The Livingston studio is very cozy and welcoming. I had a great experience and left class with my mind and body feeling relaxed and rejuvenated all at once. I would definitely return to Livingston for Heather’s classes

I am a new student here, and new to yoga, period. The classes surprised me with their intensity, focus, the kindness and helpfulness of the instructors. I haven't sweat this much in years. Three classes in this week, and already my injured back is getting better. I'm a convert just like that!
