SDS is a great shop that truly has everything you need, from shoes and clothes to perfumes and more. They offer a wide variety of items at very reasonable prices, making it a great place for budget-friendly shopping. I really enjoyed my experience here and found everything I was looking for.

The store is okay, giving the same vibe with Brand Bazzaar or Brands4U. Their apparel collections need improvement though, as the items are really subpar and cheaply made (feels the same with Day To Day items). I understand being affordable is the goal, but look at other economical stores with their nice apparel material, such as Affordables and Max Fashion.

They give offer voucher of 100 aed on buying 100 aed m, but when you go to buy on voucher they refused to give and say voucher was only valid for 1 day. But the receptionist told its valid for 1 year, Cash manager will argue only and don't give any solution. Voucher offers is totally not valid.

Terrible customer service experience Can’t believe that my wife asked for a disposable sock but, instead she was handed a dirty used cotton sock, which is clearly been used by others. The staff member clearly didn’t really care that it’s a health violation. I guess this is the reflection of the mentality of the management in charge. Just disgusted by the subpar behaviour. If you want a good experience and be treated like a human being , please go to NESTO.
