Had a really great experience with House Call Home Inspection and Patrick this morning. Patrick was very punctual despite the morning traffic and weather conditions. He provided a very thorough inspection inside and out, checking things I wouldn’t have necessarily considered until a problem presented itself. His explanations of deficiencies and things to look for in the future were very direct and understandable. Adam, one of the inspectors, was being delayed because of three car accidents on the interstate. We all know those cannot be avoided. He was conscientious enough to communicate that to me so I would not be waiting wondering. He was also training another technician on-the-job but never ignoring the need at hand. He was warm, greeted me with a hearty handshake (that means a lot to me) and was very thorough in the inspection. I had to leave early, but he told me of the serious findings before I left and assured me I would have a full report by the evening. Again, as I left, as a gentleman, he shook my hand and wished me a good day. He left nothing uninspected. I would recommend them to anyone.
