Faizan Malik is the man to go to. He was able to work with the negative equity on my 2019 Volkswagen Golf R, and still get me approved on a lease for a brand new 2025 GR Corolla. From start to finish, this was by far my easiest journey at any dealership. Not only did everything go smooth, but the car didn’t have a spec of dirt, a scratch, or a ding when I came to pick it up. These are things that 4 out of 5 times, other dealerships have dropped the ball on in my past. My experience with Milton Toyota was by far the best I’ve ever had. This dealership in general operates like a premium dealership. When you’re making the second biggest financial decision of your life, you expect perfection and you GET perfection with them. This is coming from someone who’s not only worked in the automotive industry for years, but bought 5 different vehicles from 5 different dealerships. This is the only dealership I’ll go to moving forward. Faizan’s professionalism and knowledge was a huge highlight of what stood out from my past experiences. It’s people like that who truly stick out in this industry, and make these experiences so memorable, in a positive way. I’m truly relieved I found a no-nonsense dealership, and a person I can fully trust in helping my family and friends. 10/10 experience all around.

Trust is the same as virginity - it is there or it is not. During the inspection after 70 thousand km it turned out that the previous inspection - 8000 km earlier did not notice anything wrong with the rear brakes. The result - both rear brake discs were damaged ONLY from the inside. This means that both brake calipers were not checked and were not working symmetrically to the discs. In the photos you can see that the outer part of the disc wears normally, while the inner part of BOTH discs wears irregularly. Bill - 826 dollars. I asked for the opinion of a technical consultant from Toyota Canada - no one invited him, no one did anything about this problem. Toyota Milton gets 1 star even though it should not get any. Please do not apologize to me, do not assure me that you care about the good of the customer. You only care about profit. I hope this bad opinion reaches more customers, Toyota owners.
