» Customer Experiences:
We had a really lovely stay at Oasia Resort Sentosa. The reception team were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, with friendly faces and a nice tone. Housekeeping was outstanding – Li Li in particular was efficient, quick and very considerate. She did our housekeeping so quietly while our baby was sleeping, and still left the room spotless. There was a small issue during our stay, but Duty Manager James handled it very well. He stayed calm, resolved it quickly and made sure we were well taken care of for the rest of our stay. Breakfast was also baby-friendly, which made things much easier for us as parents. The hotel does get very busy during check-in and check-out times as they handle many large foreign tour groups, so it can be hard to reach reception by phone at those times. One small suggestion would be to install a bidet in the bathrooms – it’s a small cost but would be a big added convenience for guests. Overall, we really appreciated the hospitality and would happily come back again.
We recently stayed at Oasia Resort Hotel for two days. Our room was a decent size and included a sofa bed, although no extra bedding was provided and it wasn’t made up for us as we’ve experienced at other hotels. That said, the room itself was very nice and comfortable. Check-in was smooth overall. Prior to arrival, I was sent a form to complete to speed up the process, but I still had to provide all passports and details at the desk, so I’m not sure it actually saved any time—filling it out felt a bit unnecessary. The room had a hot water dispenser and a Nespresso machine, which was a nice touch. It would have been even better to have a selection of different teas and some milk provided. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so can’t comment on that. The location is excellent—within walking distance to Imbiah Station, and just one monorail stop from Universal Studios. Everything is very accessible. We didn’t get a chance to use many of the facilities or the pool, but it looked lovely. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would choose this hotel again mainly because of its great location. Thank you.
location is its top selling point. it’s literally a 2 minute walk from imbiah station, which gives you access to the entire sentosa as well as the mainland (vivo city). staff were extremely kind but they’re understaffed, which is why service was overall just okay. amenities are fine, exactly what you’re paying for (below average price for a 5 star). cleanliness was solid too but not staggering. a very good “budget luxury” option with the -best- location for convenience in sentosa
