Eine Yoga Einheit mit Mag. Klaus Neyer ist sehr genau, genau fordernd/fördernd, sehr abwechslungsreich vom Unterricht zu Unterricht, auf die Bedürfnise/Schwächen und Stärken der Praktizierenden eingehend. Er ist geduldig und in seiner Praxis bewunderstwert weit. Keine Ahnung, wie ich meine Begeisterung für sein Unterricht am Besten ausdrücken sollte. Vielleicht so- ich verstehe dank der Praxis mit Neyer ganzheitlicher, was Yoga als Teil des Lebens, bedeutet. Ich besuchte einige Studios, wo ich gute Praxis erlernt habe, es ist mir jedoch erst bei Neyer passiert, dass ich nach 10 Einheiten und derselben Übung eine jahrelang unbekannte Erweiterung/Dehnung erfahren habe. Ich entschied mich nach einer langen, internationalen Suche, bei ihm meine Ausbildung zu machen.
Ich hab mich selten in meinem Leben so unwohl gefühlt. Es wird weder nach Erkrankungen gefragt, noch wie lange man schon Yoga praktiziert und das obwohl ich ALLEINE bei ihm war. Wer gerne im Befehlston unterrichtet wird, ist hier richtig. Während der ganze Stunde gibt es nicht ein nettes Wort, sondern man wird angefahren man solle die Knie anspannen und das 1,5h durchgehend. Meine Freundin konnte mir das nicht glauben, weshalb sie auch eine Unterrichtseinheit beim Herrn Neyer gebucht hat. Nach der Unterrichtseinheit hat sie mich weinend angerufen. Verschiedene Unterrichtsstile sind das eine, aber so empathielos bin ich selten behandelt worden, geschweige denn in einer Yoga Unterrichtseinheit.
Ich besuche regelmässig die Kurse da ich den Unterrichtsstil von Mag. Klaus Neyer sehr mag. Er beobachtet uns immer genau und bringt uns durch Anweisung und Korrektur in die exakte Position. Die Übungen sind dynamisch und kraftvoll und machen mir jedes Mal Freude ! Ich habe in kurzer Zeit viel gelernt ! Meine Bewertung: ***** 5 Star
