I only put a 1 as google does not have a 0! We had an inspection performed before closing on our home last November in Richvale Estates, DRB homes in Fairview TN. This was performed by House on the rock inspection. The inspector come to find out, missed some major structural, electrical safety, and so many other issues. We did not find these issues out until after closing and having a 11 month inspection done by a competent inspector. We would never have purchased this home if House on the rock had completed a thorough inspection! If you are interested in any DRB home do your research and find a competent inspector as they build a very poor home.
Dave was absolutely amazing with our home inspection as first time homebuyers! He saved us from buying a money pit, and has even helped guide us on what to look for as we continue or search. We will absolutely be choosing him for our next inspection!
