Rudy The ExpatHighly recommend this shop. I saw a Panerai PAM1312 listed on their website for a good price and went to their shop to buy it. The actual watch looks to be in much better condition than their site photos portrayed , which is a pleasant surprise! The sales staff that helped me, Ms. Ting Ting Liu, was professional, patient, and courteous. After I bought the Panerai, she also let me try on a few rare Rolex Day-Date models. I’ll definitely buy more watches from her in the future. While Nakano is the popular choices for watch shopping, I think this shop is also worth a visit when you are in Shibuya.
Y. Ii目当ての時計を見に行ったら火災警報発報中につき、一度外を出る。そのときの対応はとても良し。再来店、いくつか物色後、目当ての時計をお願いしたら、対応した店員の対応・口調、ファストフードやコンビニ以下。完全に買う気も相談する気も失せる。もう少し、店員のレベルの底上げをしないと、まともにやっている店員がかわいそう。100万、200万の買い物をしたことがある方が接客をされるべきかと思います。圧倒的品揃えですので、また来ますが、人が多ければいいという業態でもないでしょうから、もう少し店員の絞り込みをしてみたらどうでしょうか。
