I hired Glen to repair the pointing on my building and I was very impressed by his service. He was helpful and professional throughout the process. He came to my property at the agreed time to give me an estimate, which was reasonable and fair. He then completed the work on the agreed date within the agreed time scale. He did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. Glen does what he says he will do, when he says he will do it, sadly many other contractors don't respond to messages/calls or turn up at the agreed appointment. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs pointing work done. I give him five stars out of five for his excellent service.
