I lived at 50Twenty for a year and a half and did not have a good experience. The amenities and sunset view were nice, however everything else was not. Materials used in the apartment are cheap, including the appliances. The oven takes at least 20 minutes to preheat and the dryer typically took 2 hours to dry my clothes fully. Surface lot parking becomes non-existent at night. If you have two vehicles or a guest, they will most likely have to park at least a block away. Management is robotic and not on your side. They will not treat you as a person or show you compassion. It is run like a business, not a community. The manager changed 3 times while living here. During each transition the manager did not know what they were doing. They will act nice but really they do not care about you or the people that live here. There was a HUGE lack of communication. Do not trust any conversations you have with management or maintenance. They will also try to charge you for normal wear and tear upon moving out. When I moved in, there was a large hole in the laundry room door that was covered with a white circular plastic cover. Upon moving out there was a small scratch in the door that happened while I was living there. I was charged $200 for that small scratch while the previous person was charged nothing for a HOLE (I will be fighting this charge). Another huge issue I had was that the complex is dog friendly, however half of the residents that live here are terrified of dogs. There is also dog poop everywhere, so be careful walking through the grass. This is not a good place for young professionals. I do not recommend renting here or with this management company at all. They are very shifty. Save yourself the headache of having to move out after your first least term expires. This is not a welcoming place and it did not feel like home.

I have lived at Forte for 5 years. For the most part my experience has been pretty good. Sometimes the office staff has not been very nice however I feel they have changed that over the last few months and the current staff is great! They are attentive to maintenance needs and the maintenance staff is always on point! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an upscale apartment setting to call home.

We have lived at Ridgeview since 2019, and we love it here. The staff and management are amazing. If we ever have a problem, it is taken care of immediately. Crystal is so friendly, and our fur babies love her. All of the updates that have been done on the property make it even more beautiful. The price is comparable to other apartments in the Milwaukee area. To sum it up, we are comfortable and very happy where we live and don't plan on moving any time soon. 😊
