Slow, sloppy & surly That sums up my experience with this law firm, which handled ancillary probate for property in Oklahoma. The main probate firm in TN contacted Houston, Osborn in Oct. 2024 about helping us and they agreed, but Houston, Osborn went silent until we started calling them in April to see what was happening. They started the work then and finished it in September, 7 months after the main probate firm had completed all of its work, including the sale of a home. As a result we had to keep probate open an extra 8 months to accommodate this Stillwater firm. And we had to proofread everything because of their sloppiness with dates, addresses, amounts, etc. And we got attitude when we asked them to correct their inaccuracies.

If you're looking for communication look somewhere else! There are also better attorneys who understand mineral rights in counties other than Payne.
