I had an amazing experience with Eric from Houston Plumbing Expert today! After the freeze, I discovered a burst pipe in my home, and I was in a panic. Eric was incredibly responsive and showed up quickly to assess the situation. Not only did he replace everything that was damaged, but he also took the time to properly insulate all the pipes to prevent any future issues. His expertise was evident in the way he handled the job efficiently and professionally. I was impressed with his attention to detail and the quality of work. Eric at Houston Plumbing is truly the best. His communication is excellent, and he quickly diagnoses and resolves issues with confidence. He came to our house on a Sunday, just after we moved in, and found a couple of major problems that our inspection had completely missed. He and his team handled them efficiently and professionally. Eric is also an absolute workhorse. He spent hours in our attic in 100-degree heat replacing a water heater without a single complaint. His positive attitude and clear passion for his work really stand out. Simply put, Eric is a great plumber and an even better person. I couldn’t recommend him and his team more highly.
