Houston Print

Been coming here for years and typically have a positive experience. This time I got 7 items embroidered and they were definitely rushed. Lines in between the letters and just looks cheaply done. I drive an hour to this location on top of waiting 2 weeks for them to return to doing orders. I should’ve been notified that they needed to be fixed before I made this drive. I am not satisfied and it sucks that my shirts are now ruined. This will unfortunately be my last time coming here.

Not what was advertised to us at all. Poor communication and all they did was provide shirts that have vinyl hot pressed on them for $200. The shirts are so thin it looks like they could rip. Whatever shirt they are using they’re just taking tags and sewing those tags into the shirts but selling the shirts as high quality. We were told once payment was sent a “designer” will work on the artwork and design. That was never done and the “artwork” consisted of just words. REPLY: there was never a mockup sent! Your representative confirmed she thought she sent it and didn’t. Go check your emails for verification. 17 days or so days went by and you never followed up to see if we received the mockup after receiving no response to your “alleged”mockup email…. You were basically just going to keep the money had we not reached out to you guys. The work was not as described and I stand by that.
