From my first contact with Memo—who thoroughly explained the entire process and patiently answered all my questions. His amazing customer service is what made me feel at ease with trusting Ruff Roofing for the job. Additionally,Luis, who supervised the project and kept me updated every step of the way, the experience was smooth and reassuring. They arrived on time and got started immediately. I couldn't be more pleased with this group of guys. Our sales rep Albert was extremely helpful from the beginning. Very polite and professional. The project supervisor Luis and his crew were just simply amazing. They arrived VERY promptly at the time they gave us, and Luis immediately introduced himself to us and kept in contact with us throughout the day. They even left a walking path on our pool deck so we could walk the dogs. They completely covered our pool and our pool pump. Before they left they 100% cleaned up any proof that they had been working extremely hard in the Texas summer heat. You can't even tell they were here. ZERO nails around our house. 12 hours from start to finish and our roof is beautiful and brand new. Thanks again guys!!! It was a pleasure!

Ruff Roofing was great, Dell sh was very through in his explanation of how the process works. The price was good for what I was having done( 5 rafters and hole patched from Beryl damage) and also a new roof. His crew was respectful to my daughter who was at the house when the roof was being replaced. Also had a AC problem during the replacement. Contacted Dellsh and he was already working on getting someone out to look at the problem was fixed in 10 min. The overall expertise was great, and was compleated in 1 day.
