Communication between teams or individuals could be improved. I was being contacted a number of times regarding insurance renewal. Howdens informed by me that I was out of UK and not contactable until after a certain date. Phone calls to me continued…… Once I had returned and renewed my insurance. I then received another call the day after this, asking if I wished to renew my insurance! Would seem Howden’s communication formats are not operating as they should!
