One of the worst experiences I have ever had paid £8000 for a kitchen revamp which you don’t mind paying as long as its done in an efficient manner. Tom firstly said it will be ready within 2 weeks, which then it changed to 6 weeks then 3 months. A year on and still has not completed the small bits and bobs you expect from a company. I gave the money in 3 instalments one at the start, middle and supposedly the end but tom wanted this before he finished which I gave no problem but then to have problems with the kitchen in a space of a year. I continually contact tom and his response is not my problem. He works by himself and its not a swift work. My advice is to do use a company who has at-least one worker working with them. Not tom subcontracting every thing and doing a poor job. I paid half for a bathroom from karinex who said a week and did it within a week and genuinely did a great job I wish I used them for the kitchen and luckily realised tom was a shambles and didn’t get the bathroom done with him. Shocking!!!!!!!!!

Tom was recommended to me after I had issue with a fitter from one of the big providers. He provided a fair quote for the job, which was honoured, no hidden extras. The finished job is top quality. In the end a fair amount was need that wasn't drawn down, he never complained and he worked it all out for me. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. UPDATE: Tom has since been in to renovate my bathroom and install a fitted wardrobe. As with the kitchen the quality has been exceptional. I have a quite a small bathroom too so he's had to work quite hard to get everything to fit well. I've thrown loads of extras at him throughout and hes been happy to work with me to get the end result I'm looking for. Already looking to get him back in to do the hardwood floors.

Tom from GTW Joinery has done a number of kitchens for me over the past few years and have found the work has always been carried out to a really high standard. I can highly recommend GTW Joinery to anyone who wants a professional job done at a reasonable price 👍
