From start to finish the team delivered outstanding workmanship: precise, efficient and finished to the highest standard. They communicated clearly, kept the site tidy and went out of their way to minimise disruption to our home. The installers were professional, reliable and respectful throughout. We moved into a house with an awkward shaped bathroom and terrible plumbing. Barty came to our house and listened to our concerns about the bathroom and was very professional. He didn’t push the hard sell like other bathroom companies we’ve tried. The package we went for massively simplified the process and we are absolutely delighted with the result. We’d really like to thank Craig, Lee and Tim for installing the bathroom in under a week and to such a high standard (pictures attached.) Excellent! Highly recommended. We have recently had a new bathroom fitted. From planning to installation we could not fault Simply Group. Excellent ideas and advice from Barty meant the whole process went incre smoothly. We had a few snags due to the floor not being level but it was sorted at no extra cost to us, without any problems or delays. The workmanship was fantastic and installers were very polite and professional but we couldn’t have done this without the expert advice and communication from Debbie and Stacey. We love the bathroom and we highly recommend Simply Group. Excellent!

Kept me informed and listened to my input so I felt involved in the fitting. Felt comfortable with them in my home and the work throughout was to a great standard.
