The only reason I’m giving this clinic 1star is because of Dr. Saeed Refaei, Dr. Saeed Zamiran, and Anna at the reception. If it weren’t for these two amazing doctors and Anna, who is extremely polite and helpful, I honestly wouldn’t even give this clinic one star. I’ve had about four dental treatments and a cleaning done here since July. Both Dr. Zamiran and Dr. Refaei are highly skilled, knowledgeable, and professional. I’m truly happy to have met them. Unfortunately, my experience with another receptionist named Mahboubeh was extremely disappointing. She was repeatedly rude and aggressive toward me. I needed the clinic to send a letter to my insurance company to confirm coverage for my dental cleaning, and I called or visited many times to follow up. Every time, she made excuses and refused to help. When I politely asked her to explain which parts of the treatment were covered by insurance and how much I had to pay myself, she rudely said: “I don’t have extra time to explain this to you. I’m the manager here, and if you keep asking questions, I won’t schedule you for any more treatments.” Yes!!!! That is exactly what she told me. It’s truly disappointing that such impolite behavior comes from someone representing a clinic with such excellent doctors. Because of this receptionist’s attitude, I won’t be returning to this clinic, and I recommend that others who don’t want unnecessary stress should avoid it as well. If you want to see Dr. Refaei or Dr. Zamiran, I highly suggest visiting them at Prime Dental in Coquitlam, where you’ll have a much better experience.

Howe dental always provides excellent care. Dr. Saeed is knowledgeable, experienced, and very caring. The staff are professional, friendly, and kind, and the clinic is spotless and welcoming. I felt completely comfortable during my cleaning and filling. Highly recommend Dr. Saeed and his team!

I can genuinely say that all the staff working at Howe Dental are pretty professional, friendly and kind . The office is exceptionally clean and welcoming. They were efficient, attentive, and made sure I understood everything about the procedure and my options. I didn’t feel like just another patient—they genuinely cared, and it showed.
