James river heating installed a new Bosch heat pump system for my upstairs. they arrived on time. the installation went very smooth. after the job was completed, i was given instructions on the new system. they cleaned up the work area and than left for the day. the system works great. i will use James river heating for future projects.

Incredibly skilled and knowledgeable workforce. A sales rep that knew his stuff, walked me through the somewhat daunting task of replacing a 30yr+ heating and a/c system. No surprises or increased costs from his quote...Outstanding! Installation team was equally knowledgeable, completing the entire job in under 8 hours, including a meticulous cleanup and removal of the old system. Never experienced a more professional group for this type of installation. The system is performing above expectations with a comfort level many times greater than my old system. I rate this James River A/C Co. far more than 5 stars!

Despite it taking a full day to complete the repairs, Jon maintained a positive attitude and worked diligently to resolve all issues.
