Avoid Umbrella Local: Incompetent Services and Poor Communication My experience with Umbrella Local has been a nightmare. Despite months of back-and-forth, they were unable to even activate my clients’ Local Service Ads (LSAs). For one client, they spent four months trying to get LSAs running, only to admit they couldn’t do it. Another client waited six months, and the account was still not activated—no ads were ever run. On top of that, their communication has been incredibly frustrating. My account manager routinely took weeks to respond and ignored critical issues. I had to follow up repeatedly, yet nothing was resolved. Their inability to deliver even the most basic services not only wasted my time and money but also hurt my business’s reputation. I cannot recommend Umbrella Local to anyone looking for professional or reliable services. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

It's been a very very long time since I've seen customer service at a level that this company holds. I cannot tell you the near amount of times I've had to reach out for one reason or another for support and one thousand percent of the time they are always there to answer my questions or follow up with me or make sure I'm okay. And I'm telling you I've written in more tickets than most people because of inquiries or it's just part of my personality. And they've been so patient with me.
