This agency is horrible. Good prices for leasing, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that I can’t bring furniture / my belongings into my OWN OFFICE whenever I’d like to. Everything has to be done on “their time” and the internet is not secure, goes out frequently. This place SUCKS; My office is aesthetically pleasing, that’s about it. Everything else they don’t tell you right away, until you find out. Internet not secured / doesn’t work, amenities aren’t everything, and you have to schedule “appointments” to add to your property. I would always recommend Industrious Offices, or Peachtree over this place. I’m upset I signed for three years.

no stars if i could. There online system is not able to take an update on credit cards. I had to get a new card so i need to update in system there is no option to put in your card details. The ppl or manager are nice yet not helpful. They will put in a ticket, regus will respond with an email with a laundry list of this you need to do and when none of them work, you go and email them back you will get an undelivered email. so nooooo response or help on every day minor issues to continue doing business with them. no customer service just pay your money and if your card changes just find a new provider. Also they will continue to bill you even after you cancelled. I found ipostal1 way better and cheaper. live person, mail sent directly to you and you get to forward your call directly to you. 39 a month i was getting less and paying more with these non caring people

Regus corporate leaves a bit to be desired but the in-office team at this location is stellar! Dwayne is always as helpful as possible and prompt with answers for any questions. Carlos was amazing today! When a late charge was accrued to my account incorrectly, he was Johnny-on-the-spot getting corporate to fix the flub. Couldn’t ask for better team members. Kori, the office manager, has been very accommodating as well since my move in a couple weeks ago! Not sure if I’d recommend Regus as a company, some of their practices are shady at best (not gonna go into complete detail and totally air them out) but at least they hire great people on the ground level - at this location anyway lol.
