My experience was not terrible just because the people working there -front desk personnel, they were always really nice and did everything on the capacity. This complaint is direct to Regus/HQ management team. 1. Pictures do not reflect the reality. We rent a small when they started construction; even after construction, that’s not what the space looks like. 2. Rent went up by 300% after the end of our 1st lease -A small business can’t afford that increase. 3. Mice (both in our private office and shared area -even the coffee got eaten by mice, it was disgusting!) admin team just setup some traps- did not do the work. 4. Multiple times the AC/Heater was off. No water due to construction work, ended up in office closure. 5. We ended up paying $903 for restoration fees, that’s is just too much for a small business (I know that’s on the House Rules, but still that seem way to much to restore a 200 sq ft office. We haven’t received our Retainer (deposit) and it has been almost 4 months since our agreement end. Sent this same complaint to Regus/HQ and my concerns were not addressed.

I wish I could give this a zero star. The building is nothing like the pictures, the billing is always incorrect, the website is not helpful, the business model is nothing more than bolt independent services that don't work well. And, the contract is a nightmare to get out of.
