HQ Regency Towers

Use Regus about 3 times a year for conference rooms. Staff is friendly and assist when needed. This location is nicer than most. Clean offices, modern and professional staff. Forgot to bring proper adaptor for presentation front desk staff offered personal adapter. Great example of going above and beyond to service client. Recommend.

I manage an office in this building and am far from impressed. The communication is an issue. Most of my inquiries or issues sent via email require at least one reminder in order to receive a response, including to the General Manager. The Deli service is so-so, options are limited and a colleague had a bug in their salad this past year. When bringing it to their attention the response was simply "it came from the spinach". None of my employees will eat in there now leaving them forced to take a minimum of 30 minutes just to pick up food elsewhere because of the location and difficulty of getting out if heading west of the building. If you arrive past 8:30 AM, parking is an issue as there are either no spaces left or they are in the far corner of the lot which would be about 1 blocks distance from the buildings nearest entrance. Cleaning crew does not service countertops regularly, and no small appliances or refrigerators. The fitness center is free and meets the needs of a decent work out - never saw it crowded. We are currently looking for an office space in another building.

Out of date old office buildings I would assume are empty cost more tear them down. But make good billboard holders
