I had the pleasure of working with Kerem from HTO Plumbers, and he was absolutely outstanding. He came to redo a kitchen plumbing rough-in that had been done incorrectly by a previous contractor — it wasn’t up to code, used improper rubber fittings, and the orientation was completely wrong. In about half an hour, Kerem completed a clean, code-compliant, commercial-grade installation. While working, he also discovered a hidden issue: the suspension rail for the sink cabinet hadn’t been anchored to any studs — a serious oversight considering it’s meant to support a heavy farmhouse apron sink. Thanks to his sharp eye, we were able to catch and address it early. We’re looking forward to having Kerem back soon to complete the next stage — connecting the sink, dishwasher, and fridge. There’s still a bit of prep work on our end before he can return, but we know everything will be in great hands when he does. The before-and-after photos say it all: Water down, air up — done right. HTO Plumbers are the Kohler Authorized Service Reps for the GTA - these guys know Kohler (steam generators, digital shower systems, intelligent toilets, etc.). Kerem and Andrew are top notch plumbers who pay attention to detail, use the latest plumbing products on the market to complete their work, and have great customer service. They are experienced in commercial and residential plumbing.
