Dave was such an amazing realtor for our first home purchase! Highly recommend Dave! My partner and I bought our first home with Dave around 2 months ago, and the process has been very smooth. Dave is very knowledgeable about homes - he owns and rents homes himself and has more experience with maintenance than most. This was very helpful since we ended up buying a 135 year old home that needs some repairs. I feel great about the purchase, especially since Dave's suggestions for both the home inspector, as well as an added structural engineering inspection, turned out great and I feel that I have all the information that I needed. In addition, we had so many questions. We were texting Dave at all hours, having multiple after work hours and late calls. Dave made himself very available to help us understand the process, which I was grateful for. Dave really went to bat for us in the offer round. There was another offer on the table, but our letter to the owners, and Dave's upfront negotiations had the owners - who could have easily left the home on the market for another week or month and gotten a higher offer - agree without additional price ask. They even agreed to drop the final price down after inspection, and I believe Dave had a hand in that. Dave's quite reasonable and friendly, straightforward to work with and responsive. I really felt taken care of with Dave! After the initial stress was over, the transfer of ownership began. Dave had a checklist of steps to make sure we got everything covered - taxes, insurance, etc - that was helpful as a first time home buyer. He organized a complimentary cleaning by Immaculate Interiors the day after closing. I thought they'd take a few hours to do a light clean, but they came in for 6 hours, cleaned in cupboards, went in the dirt basement and swept up cobwebs, the whole 9 yards. From start to finish, Dave was immensely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I could not imagine buying a house without this team!

I engaged Dave and his team to sell my parents condo after they had moved into a seniors facility. There was a ton of work to do in order to get the place ready to sell, and a couple of serious obstacles after it was listed. Dave handled everything with patience, compassion and professionalism.
