Herman is the man. After finding out about a possible listing, Herman took the time and did a dive into the market. He provided numerous comps, as well as a suggested sale price. We then proceeded to move forward with a sale, and Herman provided insight into buyer demand profiles, and what we can do to sell quicker. All of these assertions were backed up with hard data.
