Herman is the man. After finding out about a possible listing, Herman took the time and did a dive into the market. He provided numerous comps, as well as a suggested sale price. We then proceeded to move forward with a sale, and Herman provided insight into buyer demand profiles, and what we can do to sell quicker. All of these assertions were backed up with hard data. We obviously took his advice, as he is the expert, and took it to market with the suggested improvements.
