After a thorough research, I decided to hire Huli to move all my belongings from Canada to Spain, and I cannot be more happy with their outstanding support, guidance, and professionalism. The move took almost 4 months, of which 2 were spent in local storage in Canada, and this was my first major overseas move shipping goods via ocean freight. From the beginning, they were very detailed, and always very transparent with prices, processes, and potential hurdles. My Account Manager Clementine was extremely kind and professional, guiding me through a ton of questions I had, providing guides specific to the destination country, and recommending the best approach to protect sensitive tools and items. Very clear itemized pricing made it easier to go ahead with them. I was assigned Razel as a Logistics Coordinator, and she was amazing, being very helpful and patient during all shipping stages. She managed all the small details, including things such as crating sensitive items, coordination, and checking with the freight forwarder if some specific items could be transported. Pickup was set up with a top rated local company, and we happened to hit a major snowstorm in Ontario on that day. Nevertheless, the crew came in, packed everything and got all the goods loaded in the truck before the storm took to worst. Packing was professionally made, and it survived pickup, storage, consolidation into pallets, loading into vessel, unloading, freight to destination, pallet de-consolidation, and final delivery.... that's a lot! On arrival, the local agents in Spain were also a top notch company, and communication flowed very smoothly between them and Huli. Delivery date was quickly arranged once the goods cleared customs, and they took care of everything up to delivery inside our new home. Be aware that Huli offers different types of delivery services at destination: port, curb side, and delivery inside home. I noticed some folks may have been confused by this, and perhaps hired a service that may not have included delivery at home. Ask your questions beforehand! Huli is amazing at clarifying everything! All in all, I am very happy with Huli, and I'll certainly come back to them for any international moving needs! Our goods crossed two countries and the Atlantic Ocean, nothing was damaged, and everything arrived as it was packed in Canada! What else can you ask! I definitely recommend this company. In April, 2025 Huli assisted us in moving some of our belongings from our winter home in Arizona back to Canada. Huli made the process simple and provided professional assistance whenever we needed it. The people from Huli were easy to deal with, provided expert advice and were fun to interact with. When it came time to pack up and move they were at the house at the appointed time and the personnel were easy to deal with and again made sure everything was properly packaged and documented. A few day after arriving home the shipped belongings showed up at the house in Canada as we were told they would. Should also note that not only did the goods arrive on time and undamaged, Huli looked after all the necessary paperwork/inspections required to have our belongings cross the border from the USA into Canada. The process was simple and stress free - I would rate them, if I could 10 out of 10. Highly recommend Huli to anyone contemplating a move that is looking for a reliable and professional moving company.
