Extremely rude operator. The owner/operator I spoke with was extremely rude. When I called to inquire about the minimum cost for a soft wash of a house in the southside of Des Moines, the operator's response was completely unprofessional. He said, "How in the hell would I know? $10,000?" This kind of attitude is unacceptable, and it's clear that he needs to reassess his customer service skills. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company to others..

Our first experience with these folks was this past week, when Elliott cleaned our windows for a large get-together at our home next week. They were not the lowest price available, but they certainly were the most professional, conscientious and thorough service I've ever used. As usual, best value is almost never the lowest priced.
