I travel from out of town for my appointments because I love Dr. Humphries and his staff. They always go above and beyond and I would never want to go anywhere else. His front office staff use to be very friendly but sadly that was not my experience this go around. I understand dealing with the public is not always fun but when it is part of your job - then it’s part of your job and you strive to do it well. From the young man making reminder appointment phone calls and rolling his eyes at those on the phone to the lady taking payments with no acknowledgement of me standing there just told me how much I owed - it is all noticed by your patients.

I am so grateful to finally find a dentist that cares about the quality of their work! They are kind, professional and makes sure what they do is the best anyone could imagine. I have to drive a little longer to get to them but we could drive twice that amount just to get the awesome service I get from them ! I. Highly recommend them !

I called as I was traveling through arab and told them that I'm not a patient, from out of town and just passing through, but my crown had came off. They got me in instantly and reapplied the crown. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. They exemplified teamwork. I rapidly gained a great deal of respect for Carl, his humility, communication skills and professional confidence. If I lived here, they would be my dental office. You live here. They should definitely be yours.

Very nice atmosphere! Very friendly & helpful staff! The hygienist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth & doing x-rays! She explained everything to me!
