Called to see if someone could help me book a Disney Resort vacation in Hilton Head. Spoke to Mia who was great at first, and promptly found that they were already booked. We talked about some alternative places for an ocean vacation and she said she would look at some places and get back to me. That was two weeks ago. I was told she was their Disney expert so feel like once Disney was off the table she just dropped the ball instead of passing me off to someone else or just letting me know this wasn't her wheelhouse.
