I had a fantastic experience with Rotana Star Rent a Car! The booking process was smooth, and the car was delivered on time in excellent condition. A special shout-out to Mubashir, the delivery driver—he was professional, punctual, and very courteous. He made sure everything was in order and explained the rental terms clearly. I highly recommend their service and will definitely rent from them again!

I have so many great points to share about this company: 1: delivery time: was on time even though Dubai traffic is horrible, they managed to bring the car earlier to the hotel to avoid any delays. 2:car condition: car was clean and prepared well. 3: on road assistance, they are one phone call away from you, they have big fleet around Dubai so they can manage to help and assist you in no time. 4: huge car collection, I think it's the biggest in Dubai , all range of cars from hyper cars to small cars. 5: friendly staff: I never saw the kind of friendly and supportive staff in any other companies. 6: change cars in no time and no question asked: I had a McLaren and wanted to change to another comfortable car in the same day, they switched me with rolls Royce Cullinan with no extra cost and in few minutes they brought the car to the restaurant where I was having dinner. 7: test drive: you can test drive the car before you rent it so you know what to expect to avoid any misconceptions about the car you want to, specifically if you rent super cars. I have tried many rental companies but Rotana star really raised the bar so high for others. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to all my friends.

I enquired about a Ferrari and within a few hours I had it delivered to the hotel and picked up a day later. Service 10/10 they also advise you to take videos of the car so no issues arise later. I had the pleasure of driving their yellow Ferrari f8. What a car and what topped it all off is they are very quick to respond and assist you with your needs. I will definitely be contacting them again when I’m back in Dubai.
