I go here for cat food and litter, dog food and any needed extras. We've been here also for the use of the dog wash area. The staff are always helpful and friendly, and their prices are good!

I used to love this store until yesterday May/14/2025. Yesterday I went in with my son to spoil our cat. The only person working was at the till and was too busy smiling at her phone to even lift her eyes off of it when we walked in. When I "rudely interrupted" her screen time because we needed her help she let out an audible groan as she put down her phone and then rolled her eyes. We had asked her for assistance with a texture of cat litter, we needed super fine cat litter. Her response was "they're all the same, I don't know. I don't own a cat" as she told me to just use the walnut shell cat litter(which is massive chunky pieces, the complete opposite of what I had explained that my cat needed). This blew my mind. Aren't retail employees supposed to be at least a little educated in what they're selling especially when it's for living creatures. This is just the tip of the iceberg. I suggest that the owner watch the surveillance from yesterday so they could see how unwelcoming she was to customers. Sweet Christmas, her attitude stunk and we will definitely be taking our business elsewhere.

Had a great experience today with Don! He was very kind, patient and helpful. Came in with my nervous Yorkie, and he helped me find a few supplies that I was looking for, and made great suggestions. He even gave him some treats. What a great employee you have there. 😊 Thanks Don!
