And he fixed fireplace just like that too so it’s working. Then I called him for another house fireplace which we never turned on and he made it work like miracle and k got that working too as well. The technician arrived late, didn’t seem fully prepared, and failed to fix the issue after several hours of ‘work.’ After paying a hefty bill, my furnace still wasn’t working properly. I reached out multiple times to get them to come back, but they completely ignored my calls and emails. Terrible service, and definitely not worth the 5-star rating they claim.
