I’ve been going here for years, since it first opened as Andy’s & I can honestly say my experience today was the best one I’ve ever had. The food was great. Every, single staff member spoke/checked on us and were so genuinely kind. Service was top notch. Highly recommend!

We came into the restaurant to eat. The servers walked around and around. We sat for 10 minutes. No one came to take our order or anything. They just continued to act as if we didn't existed. However, when a call came through and a customer walked to the register. They serviced them. The restaurant doesn't close until 9pm. It was 8pm when we arrived. Disgraceful! Very disgraceful!

I ordered a burger with mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, and American cheese. I told the girl at the window exactly what I wanted but when I got my food, it was wrong. I went back, and someone else opened the window and said she said Well, that’s not what’s in the system. But I told originally person who clearly has an attitude taking my order three times what wanted. The Second Lady told me she couldn’t give me another burger because It was 2 hours until they close basically meaning they didn’t want too. I asked for a refund for the whole meal instead I was offered a gift card because she didn’t effectively put in the system what I communicated to the first person at the window. Don’t waste your time it’s a chance your order will be wrong and they will blame you and not give you a refund

Service and food has been great but the odor of cigarettes is overwhelming. The establishment next door is the clear cause. This is a severe health hazzard, especially for the frequent elderly customers. This needs to be addressed.
