Mr. Mohebbi is very unprofessional. We had a showing scheduled with him. He didn’t bother to show up or cancel the appointment. He failed to respond to any text messages and answer any calls. Not recommended.

I called this company and talked with a rep Michele Guarino, about possible selling my house. She scheduled next day 12:30 to call back but failed to until i texted her to remind her. In the conversation I also asked about the owner of a parcel of land right next to my house, which i didn’t know its street number. Ms Guarino was inpatient saying how could she know it without street number. I did give her detailed description of the land and its easy to see the large parcel in Google map. I said i thought that she, a local agency got the info. She got really upset and suddenly hang up on me. This is a rude unprofessional real estate agent I’ve ever run into.
