My husband and I stayed at ITC Grand Bharat for a 2-night birthday staycation, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the seamless check-in to the warm smiles of the staff, every moment felt like a true escape.||I’d like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr Syed Saad who assisted us with the Club Culinaire membership process. He was incredibly helpful, patient and informative throughout. We really appreciated the extra effort he put into ensuring we understood all the benefits. ||Our semi-private pool suite was spotless & elegantly furnished. We were pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade, thanks to Miss Aishwarya at the Front Desk. |Housekeeping was prompt and respectful of our space.||The dining experience was a highlight—breakfast had a wide variety, and the fine dining restaurant served one of the best dishes we’ve had in years. Special mention to Mr Vicky and Mr Ashish for making our dining experience truly special. ||We left feeling rejuvenated and cared for. Highly recommend this resort for couples looking for a romantic, peaceful getaway or anyone seeking top-notch hospitality in a beautiful setting. We’ll definitely return!

Had an amazing experience at ITC Grand Bharat. Fantastic stay at Deluxe Suite with Terrace Room and super amazing food experience at the Royal Afghan Restaurant! Staff is courteous and welcoming. Location is very good and vast land area spread. Got a complimentary 1 kg Cake treat for my wife birthday that I celebrate. Spl mention to Mr. Sahil at the Reception desk for the sweet gesture and Mr. Dipak at the security who took great care of our luggage and clicked amazing pics. 7 Star experience! 😊

Had a really nice stay at ITC Grand Bharat. The place is beautiful and peaceful, and the staff was very warm and helpful... Special thanks to Sahil and Namrata from the Front Office for their kind behaviour and support throughout my stay... Also, Kika from the F&B team was wonderful — always smiling and very attentive.
